I personally have it 2 to 3 times a week for a breakfast and as an addition to a toast or a bowl of porridge, I also love keeping them simple an affordable to make.
So, here is my top 5 favourite recipes.
1. Banana & Almond smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Ripe Banana ( peeled, frozen )
- 1 Large Orange ( peeled )
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) Almond milk or any other milk of your choice
- Roasted Almonds
- 1 tbs of Honey ( maple syrup, dates etc..)
NOTES :
I personally don’t like adding ice to my smoothies because it makes it too watery instead I love using frozen fruits, it gives you that right, creamy consistency.
You can add a few dates instead of honey to naturally sweeten your drink.
